COM Port Show Advanced
How can I see which COM ports are in use?
At first give your System up a new system variable:
Open System -> "Advanced" tab, then click the button "Environment Variables" and enter a new name "DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES" and a value of 1
Now restart the computer!
Open the "Device Manager" and then menu "View": "Show hidden devices" set!
It should look like this screenshot and so you can gain a little more insight and you can remove the entries at your own risk.
